Selling engine seper ately but still calls it a Hot Rod , sell it with the engine and its a Hot Rod , without it its a good resto project , but where on earth will you get an original engine from !!
Gorgeous gear shift on those things !
Shame it's not original with an engine would make a great restoration project.

That looks worrying - roof been primed and painted for some reason and the bottoms of the doors and sills are missing !

I’d take this over a mk2 escort every day of the week. Faster, nicer looker and better value for money, plus no one knows what it is so it’s pretty innocuous
This was my Dad’s back in 1980. It was an unknown quantity back then and used to embarrass many more popular models at the traffic lights 🚦 🔥
My dad had an orange one, I remember the rear arch trim falling off on the motorway with half the rusty arch. We just came off at the next junction, looped back, jumped out and picked it up! I remember him driving it like he stole it! Great car but as others have said awful rot problems.
If anyone ever comes across a brake pedal for one of these with a massive metal plate welded to it, that was my dads. Belonged to an elderly neighbour before who had bad legs and kept hitting the accelerator instead of the brake. A brake pedal twice the size decreased the accidents!
I had a mirafiore sport back in 1991 and loved it, the quick shift gearbox and crushed velour interior. And it had all the things done for rallying that needed to be done to the mk2 escorts. I miss my mk2 as well!
Back in those days we traded in our cars every 2/3 years before the rust took hold. Fiats were amongst the worst along with Datsun and most BL models. Fiats always had charachter and style but .......
I absolutely love this car . Never seen one in years and loved them from day one . Made my day seeing these pics
Steve Chubb, thought you might appreciate this little beauty. Not sure exactly why, but I have a soft spot for old Fiats
Remember a panel beater friend had one fully loaded, even then and fast, just body let them down, but I remember his went like a rocket then
Great alternative to the MK2 Escort.
Can’t believe any still exist, typical Italian, RS performance for 1300 GL money with 2 camshafts, but stand and watch it for 10 minutes and something would fall off, and let’s not mention Alfasuds
I had an orange one, also T reg.
Had a new orange one of these, was so much nicer than any Ford at the time.
Wow a rust free Mirafiori!
Did rust a lot but went like a rocket great car for the day
Had one, it was rapid but body work was terrible.
Not the biggest Fiat fan here but that is a beaut!! Can't remember the last time I saw one. Really well restored. Dunno if I'd want to spend 20k on a forty odd year old Fiat 🤔😀
Won 5 banger races in a day with one. . .3 skeg 2 cleethorpes before totaling it in the 6th. . .twin cam twin carbs . . . Revved then revved some more. . .if only I'd just kept n stored half the now classics iv put to death . . .I'd be a millionaire. 🤔
This is gorgeous!! I had deep blue one these, great car!!!
Must say a very cool machine very quick and admired look that beautiful girl
Shame it’s lhd and in Ireland or I’d have it bought
I owned a bright green 131 sport, was a great car but it rusted faster than a Dagenham dustbin.
They went faster as they got older because they got lighter 😆
This must have taken 20+ donors to make a good one 🤣👍
Wow that a blast from the past I had one in yellow it fell apart at 6 years old the rust was frightening.

Always wanted an RS Turbo when a was younger but old never afford 1 , its been well looked after , what could better than this a series 1 , done up in the same fashion but without a roll cage
Had an xr3, crashed it twice in one day in the snow!can't imagine how many times if it had a turbo!🤔😂😂
Looks fantastic , not sure about The roll cage but a lovely car , what I love about the series 2 is it’s so suttle , can’t go anywhere in mine , even if I put fuel in it , by the time I go in and pay there’s somebody hovering around it , makes me nervous to go anywhere
No to much tat attached
As the saying goes bought not built ❗️❗️❗️

If it was in original condition value would be significantly higher and sell quicker. Hmm 🧐 think someone made a bad decision but don’t quote me on that
Take off the rubbish and put original wings on, that’s a 3.0s from the 70s be worth more than it’s current incarnation
My first car was a Capri. I bought it for £100 in maybe 2003. It was nowhere near as much of a rusty shitheap as this one
Needs some faster growing trees/ shrubs to hide that monstrosity 😭
Back in the 80's everyone of you would have given your left arm to drive that🤪🤪 times change😁
Ride height at the front surely the engine is out
Rather have this one😜
Put that in a barn, weld it shut and f^%king leave it there
Ford crapo I think that should read 😂
Poor thing, someone needs to rescue it..😕
Someone needs to be in solitary confinement for that.
The L is missing from the number plate, what a piece of crap.
id spend a gallon of petrol on it...
Paint job looks like it's run over Mr Blobby!
80's taste very questionable but if that's your thing go for it
They missed the L in that reg.
I think there is an L missing off the number plate to describe it😂😂😂😂
I think it’s very cool, custom car of the times👌🚘
It looks worse than del boys capri. 😅😅
Take that 1 and put it between the G and the Y ....UG1Y 20S. About right
Thank you, I liked the gift of sight now my retinas are burned to fcuk
Box of Swan Vestas, anyone?
Number plate sums it up nicely
Look better with real flames coming out of it
Just need to add an L between the G and Y on the number plate.

I know the guy selling it. I walked into his unit the other day and fell in love. (With it, not him) I soon learned that at 6' 3" there is no way to get into or out of it gracefully as I crawled out on my hands and knees. So damn cool though. 😎
Great everything spot on best colour great design no faults very beautiful
Still a lot of these in Corfu!
That must be seriously rare!
Prob come from thailand by the looks of it,loads over here sought after too.
Really really like this.... need to “chat” to wife 📢📢
Brian Lees get it bought! It could be the Datsun’s long lost aunty! 🤣
No room at the inn
Will look ok with a coat of paint over the primer
Adam Langley that's a bit of me! 😄
Oooh, that's nice!

Had one in the 1990's, swapped the 1.1 for a 1.3 Fiat engine, didn't really go that much quicker. Went to fill it up one day and the garage attendant commented that I had just doubled the value of my car. It was an utter pile of crap
The parts department had an endless sea of clutch and handbrake cables for these as they'd only last a couple of weeks..Yugo succeeded in making a more unreliable Fiat!
This would probably be a very marginal investment.
Looks remarkably solid, bloody awful cars back in the day, but still worth saving for the novelty value alone.
I see three in the photo. Green one looks best.
I used to work at a dealer that sold FSO & Yugo, we were never short of work! The Yugos used to arrive off the transporter full of sand, we used to have to strip the interiors completely to get it all out before we could sell 'em! I reckon that Yugo couldn't afford the ferry to get them here, so they towed them across the Channel on a length of rope? 🤔
9 on SORN, so ultra rare! Only going up in value!😄
A barn find, but without a barn .
And the burnouts 👍🏼
Havent seen a yugo in years. Hope it gets saved
I had one in the early 90s only two years old always going wrong worst car ever had
Weren’t they a bit rubbish new?
And they made them in nice bright colours 😂
I was going to post but I cannot find words bad enough ffs
Yugo managed to make a worse job of building a 128 than FIAT which is saying something.
The reason it's a barn find is just couldn't make it to the scrapyard and no one wants to be seen sat in it
Yugo no where.
My first car 🤣 1300 though. De-seamed, Ford diamond White, lacia beta alloys, peco exhaust, lowered front end. The rear has a dodgy transverse leaf spring. So it looked "jacked up". WHAT! I was 17. Leave me alone! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yugo nowhere in one of these
Dean Tredwell you can re live them lol
Andrew Newsome remember our one.
When I was on a tight budget I had one of these, only cost £130! it did its job, I fitted a tow bar, so was able to go on holiday , get to and from work, Not all cars are a dick extension!
Dave Clegg Steve Silver Rob Silver Mark Danino rememeber this beast 🤣
Princess Anne ... etc etc....
Freddie Ward this is getting silly
Is this the one that was for sale last week for 1000 on one of the mini pages
David Walsh 🙈

I had a red Mk11 Interceptor, fabulous cars.
There's an absolute beauty of those in Castle Donnington area .
Used to work opposite the old factory on Kelvin way.
Must have been a bloody nice barn.
Lovely motor vehicle. 👍
She needs to be on my drive
Don't like the colour though!.
